Consulting for Behavioral Health Rehab. Centers
Professional development training in behavioral health documentation that meets CARF standards. In addition, professional interviewing services and new hire training are available for behavioral health agencies to maximize employee retention and productivity.
New Client Process
Click HERE to submit the new client intake form and request a new client appointment. The link to request will be located on the bottom of the form.
We will review the intake form within 24-72 business hours then approve or deny based on the details you submitted.
If approved, you will be emailed a link to complete intake paperwork, we'll review the paperwork to make sure we're a good fit. Payment will be processed one hour before appointment and must go through or appointment will be cancelled.

I'm Chanell Finley - licensed counselor, speaker, author, and consultant. With over 17 years of experience in the mental health field, I believe in holding space for women to reclaim their voices and become the best version of themselves. I primarily serve adult females of color ages 19 to 45.
Let's identify a plan of care that makes sense for where you are in life using your strengths. My goal is to help you explore strategies to build self-worth, self-compassion and self-advocacy. You deserve to live your God-inspired dreams. Are you ready?
I'm certified in EMDR and Brainspotting which are guided therapy interventions. I received my bachelors in social work and masters in community counseling from the University of Louisiana at Monroe.
