INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Therapy is sometimes called counseling, psychotherapy, or talk therapy. Individual therapy is a process in which clients work one-on-one with a licensed and trained mental health counselor or therapist.  We primarily serve adult females ages 19 to 45 in a caring and confidential environment. 

INVESTMENT (FEES)
  • Intake: $200

  • 60 minute individual session: $175 

  • 45 minute individual session: $150 

Mental Health Rehabilitation Consulting Services

CONSULTING & TRAINING

Professional development training in behavioral health documentation that meets the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) standards. In addition, professional interviewing services and new hire training are available for behavioral health agencies to maximize employee retention and productivity.

INVESTMENT (FEES)
  • 30 minute mental health rehabilitation consultation: $100

    We help our clients navigate challenges including, but not limited to: ​ Adult female and adolescent female stressors Anxiety Depression Faith Issues Life Transitions Stress Trauma
  • Do you accept insurance?
    Yes, we accept BCBSLA, BCBSTX, Cigna, Harvest Pilgrim, Optum, Oscar Health, Oxford Health, UHC, Aetna, and Vantage.
  • Do you see clients in-person at your office?
    Unfortunately, not at this time. All services are provided through teletherapy (online).
  • How much does it cost if I'm paying out of pocket?
    Intake: $200 60 minute individual session: $175 45 minute individual session: $150
  • Do you see clients throughout the U.S or internationally?
    No, Chanell is only licensed to practice in the states of Louisiana and Texas. She is an approved out-of-state provider for Florida. You must be located in at-least one of these states at the time of your session. Florida residents, please visit: https://flhealthsource.gov/telehealth/ for more information.
  • Do you offer services to males and females?
    Yes, but Chanell primarily serves adult females ages 19 to 45 because her expertise and clinical interests are with this group of individuals. She wishes she could serve everyone, but this is not realistic.
